VISION DEVELOPMENT CHECK LIST

In developing the vision you should put some checklist in place,here are some checklist for you;
A true vision should not be selfish and self accomplishing, it should encompass your family,community, and the country.
A true vision should have a genuine personal motivation – let your vision motivate you not because you overhead someone talk about that vision ,you want it to be yours.Hence the vision should answer these questions:

Why do I want to do what I want to do?
Can I accomplish my vision and still have integrity?
Now that you have understood what your vision is ,ask yourself where you want to be in 5,10,15 years time and jot down your ideas and continue to think thorough.
