HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT JOB

Do you still need a job? Just to remind you, the word JOB is an acronym of Just over Broke. Meaning anyone with a job in Ghana or any other country is just a line above broke. When your  Boss issues out these words “YOU ARE FIRED!” the world would collapse on you with a blink of an eye.
So do I need a job myself? Of course I do. Today if you desperately need a job in Ghana, you are at the right place; I would show you how to find the right job.
The kind of job you are into would determine the satisfaction you get in life. Every working person spends at least 40 hours at work, and if you don’t find the right job; it definitely means you would spend 40 unproductive hours at work. I don’t think that is reasonable.
Many people are working at jobs that they are not suited for or are not suitable for them. They would rather be doing something else, somewhere else, using different skills and abilities. The majority of working people, by their own admission, do not feel fully challenged by their current jobs. Getting into or staying at a job for which you are not ideally suited is one of the greatest wastes of time in life. It can rob you of some of your most productive years.
Here is a question for you: If you receive $1 million in cash, tax free, would you continue to work at your current job?
How then do you find the Right Job?
Do the Work you Love
Here is another question: Do you currently love what you do? Only a small percentage of people love what they do, and these people are always the happiest, the most satisfied, and usually, the highest paid in every field.
You can tell if you are spending your time and your life at the right job by examining your attitude toward your job and your future. Do you like what you are doing enough to want to be the very best at it? If the job is right for you, not only do you want to get better and better at that job, but you very much admire those people who are at the top of your field. If you find that you have no desire to excel in your field, this is a good sign that it’s probably not the right job for you.
Would you like to continue doing your job for the next twenty years? Do you find your job challenging and fulfilling? Can you hardly wait to get to work on Monday morning, and do you hate to leave on Friday evening? All successful people can answer “yes” to these questions. Unsuccessful people invariably answer “no”.
What if you are ready in a job?
Then I suggest you love what you do.Commit yourself in learning all that you can about the job and develop a strong affection for it.As you  continue to explore new areas in your current job, you find out that your strength  or abilities lies in a particular area .The desire to find out what your strength is would generate a big love for the job which otherwise did not give you enough satisfaction. You can love your job, love takes time to evolve. So take your time unlock your creativity and in a matter of time you would become the best in your field.
What Next?
If you anxiously wait for the week to end to get out of the office, then you are definitely in the wrong job.

THIRD REASON NOT TO GET A JOB

I have just been searching out some reasons why i  think it is not advisable to get a job.If you have been following my post, then you are right on track. However, if you are viewing this page for the first time you are welcome to continue the search with me.As i said from the beginning, the purpose of my post is to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship among young Ghanaian graduates. Most graduates are frustrated and they fill the world is fallen on them because they do not have a job after months of graduating.Hmmm, it is a shame isn't it? After spending years in school we still find it difficult to get a job and even to create one for ourselves. Who is to Blame?
However, we can  challenged by this unfortunate circumstance to awaken the genius that lies within us and dream big dream. What skills, passion or talent do you have, and who would be ready to trade money in exchange for these skills, talents and passion? Find that out and you would be on your way to becoming a self made millionaire in Ghana.
Let's go back to the reasons why i think you do not need a job in Ghana. Ready.........
  • IT's WAY TOO RISKY!
Many employees believe getting a job is the safest and most secure way to support themselves, well i don't buy that idea and neither should anyone.
Social conditioning is amazing.  It’s so good it can even make people believe the exact opposite of the truth.
Does putting yourself in a position where someone else can turn off all your income just by saying two words (“You’re fired”) sound like a safe and secure situation to you?  Does having only one income stream honestly sound more secure than having 10?
The idea that a job is the most secure way to generate income is just not right, what if the income stream dries up ,do you have any backups? What would be your next option if your Boss calls you to his office today and hand over your dismissal letter because you are not as valuable an asset to the company as they thought? You can’t have security if you don’t have control, and employees have the least control of anyone. For me, it is way too risky to sit in an enclosure 24/7 only to be handed some pea nut as what you are worth for the month.A JOB IS TOO RISKY.

WHAT NEXT?
Just bear in mind that only you can pay yourself for life, your boss just pays you for a month,so don't play such a risky game.

IS LOVE BLIND?

A colleague and I were having a conversation one lovely evening on why people who confess to love each other so much breaks apart when a little misunderstanding crops out. Peoples who were head over heels in love some years back are no more journeying in the train of love, their love have fallen into a love hole and have left an indelible mark on their faces. When  asked where all those dreams of togetherness are, the only respond I get is the most common saying about love,”LOVE IS BLIND”
The word love has been used and abused. And most of the time, those who say it are clueless of what they are saying.I thought it wise to share with you today a post on love from inspirationalblogs.Hope you like it.

Because I have a very deep mathematical background, let us begin with this Logic.
If   Love is blind  And God is love.   Then God is blind.
Does that make sense?
To say love is blind is to say that God is blind and that is just non-sense. God has 20/20 vision. God’s vision is so clear that it sees everything. So love has 20/20 vision as well. Love sees more not less, like God does.
Most of the time when we say “love is blind”, what we are actually mean is “lust is blind” or “selfishness is blind.” Yes, our selfishness and lust blinds us. A selfish and lustful person only sees himself. The person of his obsession is just an “object” for personal gratification. Yes, lust is blind.
Imagine a man walking around and looking at a mirror at the same time. He does not see his surroundings, only himself. To lose sight of everything except yourself is blindness indeed.
Love is not blind, it sees with great clarity. It sees beyond what the normal eyes sees.
Love sees the worst in us and does not ignore it, but forgives it. Love sees what we could be, like God does. Love sees the butterfly in the caterpillar. It is the reason that we are all beautiful in the sight of God. God exist in eternity, where everything is present, no past or future. While we only see the caterpillar that we are now, God already sees the butterfly that we shall be.
CAUTION!
Most of what we consider love is just plain selfishness. We think we are” in love” when we are actually “in lust” to use the other person to gratify ourselves. And after we get messed up, we shall excuse our bad decision by saying “love is blind.”
Stop making “love is blind” an escape goat.
love
Love is clear as day.
So love with clarity.
Love with your eyes, mind and heart fully open.

2ND REASON YOU DON'T need a JOB

Hi, this is my next post on the 10 reasons i think you do not need a job.Well, if you are new to this series,I intend sharing with you some personal reasons i think you don't need a job to be successful or to be financially independent. As i said in my earlier post,JOB is just the acronym for Just Over Broke-if you have a job,you are just above the line of poverty.Job makes you a slave to a wage and i don't think that is good for you anyway.
Now let's get into the class room and learn about the next reason why i believe you don't need a job.

LIMITED EXPERIENCE

Job only gives you a limited experience in life. You might think it’s important to get a job to gain experience.  But you gain experience from living, regardless of whether you have a job or not.  A job only gives you experience at that job, but you gain ”experience” doing just about anything, so that’s no real benefit at all.  .
The problem with getting experience from a job is that you usually just repeat the same limited experience over and over.  You learn a lot in the beginning and then stagnate.  This forces you to miss other experiences that would be much more valuable.  And if your limited skill set ever becomes obsolete, then your experience won’t be worth squat.  In fact, ask yourself what the experience you’re gaining right now will be worth in 20-30 years.  Will your job even exist then?
Consider this.  Which experience would you rather gain?  The knowledge of how to do a specific job really well — one that you can only monetize by trading your time for money – or the knowledge of how to enjoy financial abundance for the rest of your life without ever needing a job again?  Now I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have the latter experience.  That seems a lot more useful in the real world, wouldn’t you say?

What Next?
Hope i get time this week to write on the next reason i think you don't need a blog. Please drop me your comment on this post below.Thank You

IF GOD IS GOOD WHY DO I SUFFER?

Last month has been one of the toughest months in the year, I was literally at hell and kept asking the good God why he has placed such a heavy cross on my feeble shoulders. I needed someone to lean on and an Angel to quench the fire that was burning all around me.
Most of us hate to suffer and it is understandable since we are not masochist. But sometimes the very suffering we hate is God’s blessing to us. Just as the gold is purified by fire, the suffering we go through in life is God’s own way of preparing and refining as for the task ahead.Unfortunately most of us want to run away from the refiner’s  fire.
Let me share with you a post a read on inspirationalblogs.com on why God allows us to suffer..
So here is the story.
A man came to sister Briege( who has the Gift of healing)  to be prayed over for the healing of his cancer. So sister Briege did so. Months have passed and the sister saw the man again. The man thanked sister for her prayers. Sister then asked if he got healed. The man said no. But he was grateful to God for receiving a better miracle.
So sister was a little bit confused and asked why.
The man told her that before he came to sister Briege, he and his wife was distant to each other. His kids were distant to him as well. Sometime after being prayed over by sister, he was rushed to the hospital. It was there that miracle happened. While he was in the hospital, he and his family got close again. It was his hospitalization that healed his family. It was at that painful moment where they became a real family once more.
For the man, to see his family united in love was more important than his health. For him, to feel loved is far more important than to be physically healed.
God used his cancer to unite his family.
So the man thanked God for the miracle he did in his life. He was not healed of cancer but his heart and his family was healed.
Sometimes God permits suffering for the greater good. God does not cause evil, he permits it. God do make straight with crooked lines. We can only look at Jesus on the Cross. The worst thing man did in all of history, we killed God. Yet, it was that very evil that brought our salvation.
Sometimes God blessings can take form of suffering. It is like a child, who has cavities, being taken to the dentist by his father. He trusted his father only to end up in the dentist chair in pain. But the pain is necessary to take the away the cavities.
The father does not enjoy seeing his son in pain, but it is a process that his son needs to take. At that moment the child feels betrayed by his father because he does not understand what is going on.
So are we.
When suffering hits us we feel abandoned or betrayed by God. But like little children we do not see the whole picture, the whole movie of our lives. We see that painful moment at the whole of life itself. God looks out not only for our present but for our future as well.
Painful as it is for God to see us suffer, but if it is the only way to save us, He will endure it.
At the end of our life, when we are facing almighty God, we will see that all our sufferings made sense. And we will be even thankful for those sufferings because it brought us to where we are then.
Heaven.

WHAT NEXT?
The next time you find yourself going through a difficult situation, don't ask God why. Welcome it a see it as a BLESSING IN DISGUISE.
