THIRD REASON NOT TO GET A JOB

I have just been searching out some reasons why i think it is not advisable to get a job.If you have been following my post, then you are right on track.However, if you are viewing this page for the first time you are welcome to continue the search with me.As i said from the beginning,the purpose of my post is to encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship among young Ghanaian graduates.Most graduates are frustrated and they fill the world is fallen on them because they do not have a job after months of graduating.Hmmm, it is a shame isn't it? After spending years in school we still find it difficult to get a job and even to create one for ourselves. Who is to Blame?

However, we can challenged by this unfortunate circumstance to awaken the genius that lies within us and dream big dream.What skills,passion or talent do you have,and who would be ready to trade money in exchange for these skills,talents and passion? Find that out and you would be on your way to becoming a self made millionaire in Ghana.

Let's go back to the reasons why i think you do not need a job in Ghana. Ready.........

IT's WAY TOO RISKY!

Many employees believe getting a job is the safest and most secure way to support themselves,well i don't buy that idea and neither should anyone.

Social conditioning is amazing. It’s so good it can even make people believe the exact opposite of the truth.

Does putting yourself in a position where someone else can turn off all your income just by saying two words (“You’re fired”) sound like a safe and secure situation to you? Does having only one income stream honestly sound more secure than having 10?

The idea that a job is the most secure way to generate income is just not right,what if the income stream dries up ,do you have any backups?What would be your next option if your Boss calls you to his office today and hand over your dismissal letter because you are not as valuable an asset to the company as they thought? You can’t have security if you don’t have control, and employees have the least control of anyone. For me, it is way too risky to sit in an enclosure 24/7 only to be handed some pea nut as what you are worth for the month.A JOB IS TOO RISKY.
